This is the official Dreamhardstudios training portal for new clippers. Every clipper is expected to complete the full academy before taking active clipping assignments. The training covers workflow discipline, moment selection, hooks, pacing, captions, format switching, sound design, written responses, exams, and final certification readiness.
Students move through modules, check off tasks, complete tests, and keep their progress saved as they go.

You've been selected because you showed the right level of focus and potential. Dreamhardstudios operates at a high standard โ stay sharp, communicate clearly, and deliver on time.
Every team member is expected to complete assigned work on time, maintain quality standards, communicate proactively, and represent the brand professionally in all interactions.
Compensation is based on your role agreement. Payouts follow the internal schedule. Review your offer details and reach out to operations if anything is unclear before your first delivery.
You will be granted access to ClickUp, Google Drive, and your division workspace. Check your Gmail for shared folder invites and ClickUp for your task assignments.
All work communication happens through ClickUp and designated channels. Do not use personal DMs for work updates. Keep messages professional, concise, and on-topic at all times.

Complete each item before your first active assignment:
Internal operations overview for leadership. Use this section to monitor team performance, client status, payroll, and urgent issues across all divisions in real time.
Overall team health and active headcount across all four divisions. Review ClickUp for live task completion rates and current workload distribution.
Track team members with overdue deliverables or missed deadlines. Flag in ClickUp and follow up through the division lead before escalating.
Active new hires currently moving through the Clipper or OPS training portal. Monitor progress and confirm certification completion before assigning live work.
Team members showing consistent quality improvement, faster turnaround, or stronger communication. Note for recognition, rate increases, or expanded responsibilities.
Team members with declining output, missed check-ins, or quality issues. Initiate a direct conversation before making any roster decisions.
Active client accounts, delivery timelines, and satisfaction flags. Cross-reference with ClickUp project boards and confirm all deliverables are on schedule.
Current pay cycle status, pending invoices, and upcoming payout dates. Confirm all team members have submitted correct invoices before processing.
Any active blockers, escalations, client complaints, or internal conflicts that require immediate CEO attention. Address within 24 hours of flagging.
Contact your division lead or the operations team directly if you have missing permissions, blocked workflow, late-delivery risk, or any issue accessing your required systems.
