This policy applies to all purchases made through DreamHard Studios, including digital services, subscriptions, custom design work, and content editing services.
By purchasing from DreamHard Studios, you may be purchasing one or more of the following:
Monthly subscription services
Digital services (video clips, editing, content creation)
Custom creative work (logos, clothing designs, graphics)
One-time service packages
All purchases are considered intentional and final once payment is submitted.
After purchase:
You will receive a confirmation of your order
Your service or project is added to our workflow
Work may begin immediately or within the stated turnaround window
Once work has started, the order is considered active.
Cancellations may be requested only before any work has begun
Approval of cancellation is at the sole discretion of DreamHard Studios
If approved, any non-refundable processing or setup fees may be withheld
🚫 No cancellations are allowed once work has begun
This includes:
Clips being edited or delivered
Designs being created
Revisions being offered
Accounts being set up
Digital files being prepared or shared
Once work starts, the time, labor, and resources are committed and cannot be reversed.
For recurring subscriptions:
Subscriptions must be canceled before the next billing cycle
Canceling stops future charges only
No refunds are issued for the current billing period
Any work already delivered or in progress remains non-refundable
Failure to cancel before renewal does not qualify for a refund.
Deposits are non-refundable
Deposits secure your spot, time, and production resources
Deposits are applied toward the final balance unless otherwise stated
By purchasing, you agree:
Not to file chargebacks for services rendered
Not to dispute completed or partially completed work
To contact DreamHard Studios directly for support or revisions
Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:
Immediate service termination
Loss of access to delivered files
Permanent refusal of future service
It is the client’s responsibility to:
Read all service descriptions before purchasing
Understand that digital services are non-returnable
Communicate changes or concerns promptly
Revisions are always offered where applicable, instead of refunds.
DreamHard Studios reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the current policy.
