1. Services Provided

 


DreamHard Studios provides digital creative services, including but not limited to:

 

  • Short-form video clipping

  • Long-form video editing

  • Content repurposing

  • Social media content creation

  • Graphic design

  • Clothing designs

  • Branding and custom digital assets

 


All services are delivered digitally.

 

 

 

2. No Guarantees Disclaimer

 


We do not guarantee:

 

  • Views

  • Engagement

  • Followers

  • Virality

  • Revenue or sales

 


Content performance depends on factors outside our control, including algorithms, posting consistency, audience behavior, and platform changes.


By using our services, you acknowledge that results are not guaranteed.

 

 

 

3. Payment Terms

 

 

  • All payments must be made in advance

  • Services begin only after payment is confirmed

  • Subscription services are billed monthly unless otherwise stated

  • Late or failed payments may result in service pauses or termination

 

 

 

 

4. Refund Policy (No Refunds)

 


All sales are final.


Due to the digital and custom nature of our services:

 

  • No refunds will be issued once work has begun or deliverables have been received

  • This applies to digital clips, edits, designs, and custom creative work

 


Revisions are allowed (see Section 5), but refunds are not.

 

 

 

5. Revisions & Adjustments

 

 

  • Reasonable revisions are included within the scope of the purchased service

  • Revisions do not include full reworks outside the original agreement

  • Excessive revisions may require an additional fee

 


Revisions do not qualify for refunds.

 

 

 

6. Client Responsibilities

 


Clients agree to:

 

  • Provide accurate content, access, and information

  • Respond in a timely manner when required

  • Respect deadlines and workflow processes

  • Not interfere with internal systems or staff

 


Failure to provide necessary materials may delay delivery without refund.

 

 

 

7. Content Usage & Ownership

 

 

  • Upon full payment, clients receive rights to use the delivered content for personal or business use

  • DreamHard Studios retains the right to display work for portfolio, marketing, or promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Clients may not resell, redistribute, or claim our work as created by another editor or agency

 

 

 

 

8. Termination of Service

 


We reserve the right to:

 

  • Pause or terminate services for policy violations

  • Refuse service to abusive, disrespectful, or non-compliant clients

  • Terminate services for chargebacks, disputes, or fraudulent behavior

 


Termination does not entitle the client to a refund.

 

 

 

9. Chargebacks & Disputes

 


Chargebacks or payment disputes after work has been delivered are considered a violation of these Terms.


Such actions may result in:

 

  • Immediate termination of services

  • Loss of access to delivered content

  • Permanent ban from future services

 

 

 

 

10. Communication & Workflow

 

 

  • Communication is conducted through approved platforms only

  • We are not responsible for missed messages sent outside official channels

  • Response times may vary depending on workload and business hours

 

 

 

 

11. Limitation of Liability

 


DreamHard Studios is not liable for:

 

  • Platform bans or account issues

  • Algorithm changes

  • Lost revenue or opportunities

  • Third-party platform actions

 


Our liability is limited strictly to the amount paid for the service during the applicable billing period.

 

 

 

12. Modifications to Terms

 


We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.


Continued use of our services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

 

 

 

13. Governing Law

 


These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which DreamHard Studios operates.
