Due to the nature of the services and digital products provided, all sales are final and non-refundable once work has begun or deliverables have been received.


By purchasing any service or product from DreamHard Studios / DHS, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

 

 

 

Digital Services & Deliverables (NO REFUNDS)

 


All services provided are digital, custom, and time-based, including but not limited to:

 

  • Short-form video clips

  • Long-form video editing

  • Content repurposing

  • Social media content creation

  • Graphic design

  • Clothing designs

  • Logos, visuals, or custom creative assets

 


Once any portion of the work has been delivered, no refunds will be issued under any circumstance.


This applies even if:

 

  • You decide you no longer want the service

  • You change direction or strategy

  • You stop posting content

  • You do not use the delivered files

  • You experience slower-than-expected growth

 

 

 

 

Custom Work Policy (NO REFUNDS)

 


All custom work is made specifically for the client and cannot be reused or resold.


This includes:

 

  • Custom video edits

  • Custom clothing designs

  • Custom branding or visuals

 


Once custom work has been started or delivered, no refunds will be issued, as the time, labor, and creative effort have already been invested.

 

 

 

Revisions & Adjustments (INCLUDED)

 


While refunds are not offered, revisions and changes are always allowed within the scope of the original service.


This means:

 

  • Editing adjustments

  • Caption or subtitle tweaks

  • Format changes

  • Style refinements

 


We are committed to delivering quality work and will make reasonable revisions to ensure the final product aligns with the agreed direction.


Revisions do not qualify as a reason for a refund.

 

 

 

Subscription & Monthly Services

 


For monthly or recurring services:

 

  • Payments cover time, labor, and reserved production capacity

  • Once a billing cycle begins, that cycle is non-refundable

  • Cancelling stops future billing only — past payments are not refunded

 

 

 

 

No Guarantees Clause

 


We do not guarantee:

 

  • Virality

  • Specific views

  • Followers

  • Sales

  • Engagement numbers

 


Content performance depends on multiple factors outside our control, including platform algorithms, audience behavior, and consistency.


Purchasing our services means you understand and accept this.

 

 

 

Chargebacks & Disputes

 


Any attempt to:

 

  • File a chargeback

  • Reverse a payment

  • Dispute a completed service

 


After work has been delivered will be considered a violation of this policy and may result in:

 

  • Immediate service termination

  • Loss of access to delivered content

  • Permanent refusal of future services
