Dreamhardstudios handles the long-form backend: turning your footage into polished videos, preparing them for YouTube, scheduling them, organizing your channel workflow, reviewing performance, and helping the system become smarter over time.

This is not basic video editing. It is a managed weekly YouTube system built to help you stay consistent without having to carry the editing, uploading, and organization alone.

• Each video can be up to 20 minutes final runtime, with a maximum of 120 finished minutes across the month.
• Each video includes up to 60 minutes of source footage.
• For streams, VODs, podcasts, or source footage longer than 60 minutes, clients must provide timestamps or selected sections for DHS to prioritize.
• YouTube publishing support applies to the 8 included Elite videos only.
• Clients must provide usable YouTube access, footage, references, notes, and feedback on time to maintain the publishing schedule.
• References guide the creative direction, but DHS does not recreate another creator’s content exactly.
• Effects, music, sound design, captions, transitions, graphics, and visual enhancements are used purposefully where they help the video—not forced into every moment.
• Each video includes one confirmed main editing direction and one consolidated revision round.
• Unused video slots do not automatically roll over without written approval.

The following are not included in this package:

• Videos longer than 20 minutes or more than 120 total finished minutes per month

For advanced animation, longer videos, multi-hour VOD review, more editing volume, full rebranding, Shorts repurposing, deeper SEO, or custom YouTube production needs, DHS may recommend a custom plan or add-on.

Once your purchase is confirmed, you enter the DHS YouTube Elite workflow.

• You complete Elite onboarding and submit your YouTube access, content details, editing references, brand assets, and upload direction
• DHS reviews your current channel setup, content sources, and long-form goals
• Your channel foundation, upload workflow, editing direction, and monthly production schedule are organized
• Your first set of videos moves into production
• DHS edits, quality-checks, revises, uploads, and schedules the included weekly content
• Weekly performance observations begin once content is published and analytics access is available
• Your first monthly YouTube report and direction session take place after enough performance data has been collected

• All new clients receive a Dreamhardstudios service agreement before production begins.
• This is a monthly service with clear cancellation terms.
• Completed work is non-refundable.
• Usable footage, timestamps when needed, assets, references, YouTube access, and feedback must be provided on time to maintain the production and publishing schedule.
• Client delays in providing content, feedback, approvals, access, or required information may affect production and upload timing.
• DHS does not guarantee views, subscribers, retention, revenue, virality, sponsorships, or a specific growth result.
• Professional communication is expected throughout the service period.
• Requests outside the included Elite scope may require a separate add-on or custom agreement.
