• For streams, VODs, podcasts, or source footage longer than 90 minutes, clients must provide timestamps or selected sections they want DHS to prioritize.
• References are used to guide the editing direction, but DHS does not recreate another creator’s edit exactly.
• Effects, transitions, music, captions, sound design, and visual enhancements are used strategically where they improve the content—not added randomly throughout every second of the video.
• Each video includes one confirmed primary editing direction and one consolidated revision round.
• Unused video slots do not automatically roll over without written approval.

The following are not included in this package:

• Unlimited source-footage or multi-hour VOD review
• Videos longer than 20 minutes
• Unlimited revisions
• Full custom motion graphics, 3D animation, heavy After Effects work, or highly complex visual effects
• Full B-roll research and sourcing
• Thumbnail design
• YouTube uploading, titles, descriptions, SEO, chapters, or channel management
• Scriptwriting, filming, or content recording
• Vertical Shorts cut from the long-form videos
• Multiple completely different editing directions for the same video

For longer final videos, multi-hour VOD review, heavier reference-based editing, advanced animation, thumbnails, Shorts repurposing, uploading, or deeper YouTube management, DHS may recommend the Long-Form Lead Package or a custom add-on.

CONTRACT & POLICIES

• All new clients receive a Dreamhardstudios service agreement before production begins.
• This is a monthly service with clear cancellation terms.
• Usable footage, notes, assets, references, and feedback must be provided on time to maintain the weekly delivery schedule.
• DHS does not guarantee views, subscribers, watch time, revenue, or channel growth.
• Completed work is non-refundable.
• Professional communication is expected throughout the production process.
