CONTRACT & POLICIES

• All new clients receive a Dreamhardstudios service agreement before production begins.
• This is a monthly service with clear cancellation terms.
• Completed work is non-refundable.
• Professional communication and timely content access are required for smooth delivery.
• Client delays in providing usable content, VOD access, approvals, or required information may affect delivery timing.
